O'Christmas Tree
Our Creative Corner has a great new challenge this week from Susan.... here are her instructions to the Design Team "The technique of dripping Alcohol Inks onto Foil has an amazing effect. The item you make can be anything; a free standing decoration, or an element to place onto your project, experiment and have some fun, it is getting close to the silly season, so why not let go and free all those inhibitions and let rip with some colour!" Although I didn't dip my tin into the alcohol ink, instead I used a felt pad to apply mine.
Here's the order I used these items:
Cardstock - CloseToMyHeart Topiary
Die - Sizzix Banners
Embossing Folder - Dots
Alcohol Ink - Tim Holtz Citrus & Meadow
Red Dots - Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze Flirty
set those all aside to dry
Cut out the Star using QuicKutz Deck the Halls Star Die
colored it with Alcohol Ink - Tim Holtz Gold
rectangleCardstock - CloseToMyHeart Chocolate
Background:
Embossing Folder - Snow coated inside using
Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze Sassy Silver
I assembled the tree using Glue Dots, the put small foam squares all over the back of largest "tree" before ahearing to snow background, then I added
"snow" - White Puffy Fabric Paint
