Today my sweet mama dropped by for a visit, she just wanted me to make Lolo's birthday card but I really wanted to play with my new CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge so I asked who we could make a fall card for... she pick her big sissy, my Aunt Sarah.
We went thru a bunch of sketch blogs until we came across Stampendous! Sketch Challenge #41. Here's our overall creation:
Printed paper - My Mind's Eye So Sophie Graceful, that cartridge from CTMH, ink pads all from CTMH, ribbon from Hobby Lobby grab bag. Hope Aunt Sarah enjoys it as much as we enjoyed making it!

Happy Birthday Lolo
my niece, Lolo, birthday is coming up & today my mom came over to play in the craft room so we just HAD to make her a super cute card! We found For the Love of Sketches #28 worked well for us along with Craft Your Days Away Challenge #28 to make your own flowers. Here's our creation:
the printed paper is from Bo Bunny's Vicki B. line, all cardstock is CTMH, in is from CTMH, Tim Holtz & CatEye, pink pearl paint is Scribbles 3d paint & glitter is CTMH's Giltz in Stardust. The flower is made from used dryer sheets (Crop Chocolate will have my how-to video on The Crop on September 14)

Cherish
Sketch Frenzy Friday has a very simple sketch up right now so I challenged myself to use a blank white card, no patterned paper. Here's a snippet of my creation:
ok ok, here's the overall (kinda hard to build suspense on a blog)
Products Used: for background I used Tim Holtz Ink Pads in Antique Linen, Shabby Shutters, and Spun Sugar along with his Papillon Stamp Set. Ribbon & Cardstock are Stampin Up's Certainly Celery & Pink Pirouette. The Cricut cartridge is CloseToMyHeart's Art Philosophy. Stamp set is Basic Grey Alpha in Shabby Shutters.

It's 4 Crafty Chicks' One Year Blogaversary! Congrats girls! Along with their Blog Hop, they have their weekly challenge. This week's challenge theme: Celebrate
Here's my creation:
What better to celebrate than Christmas?
Here's a detail shot:
I got my CTMH Art Philosophy and I.LOVE.IT! I can't stop using it... I have all these challenge blogs lined up for the weekend but I'm not sure I'm going to get to them for all the playing I have schedule with my Gypsy & Cricut

Wilma & Wizzy
Oh how I LOVE Spyder's Corner for Digi Stamps! Today's Creation contains not only Wilma & Wizzy (the Witch & Kitty) but her Haunted House 2, here it is:
Ok I was having so much fun playing, I made TWO! They are slightly different:
The one on the left is shimmery from CTMH's Stardust Glitz & the one on the right she's wearing purple Stickles
Sypder has a new freebie every Wednesday and also has a little shop set up so you can purchase what freebies you may have missed.
Other Supplies Used:
I'm also submitting this one to Hiding in my Craft Room, go check out her blog and challenges!

ahead of the holiday
Pals Paper Arts is having a fun color combo that worked perfectly with my new stamp from Close to my Heart!
Here's my Creation:
The colors to use were: Calypso Coral, Riding Hood Red & Basic Gray.
Here are the supplies I used:
The two stamp sets from CTMH are Beware (an older set) and Wicked (just out!), the moon is from the October 31st Cartridge.
To get just the right spooky effect I was going for on the witch, I stamped her in the Gray Memento first, then black twice... if you look you can see the outlines of the other stampings. I'm very pleased with how the card turned out!
