the IKEL look

ahhh Nerd Day, always a favorite at our school... whipping out those looks that everyone can pull-off, if they only try.  My youngest Rocks the Nerd look!  A few years ago a school mate of his dubbed him Ikel (i.e. Urkel).

Day 4 of my Growing in Unity week :-)  Today's creation is a two-page layout featuring my Big Nerd!  Page One (the right side) got it's inspiration from UmWow Studio's monthly sketch for February
 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
so the obvious choice of stamp sets from Unity Stamp Co. for this one is..... Talk Nerdy - it's PERFECT! Also used the little notebook & heart stamps both from a Unity Stamp Co. Grab Bag (love those things)

Image Inks - Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Stormy Sky, Chipped Sapphire & Faded Jeans

Sentiment Ink - CloseToMyHeart Vineyard Berry

Printed Paper Background - around the block hissy (reverse side)

Stamped using Paint - Folk Art Metallic Blue Topaz

Owl & Circle Chipboard Pieces - UmWow Studio

Chippies are painted with Twinkling H2O's in China Black

White Splatters are Gesso

Vintage buttons

Printed Accent Papers - October Afternoon Midway

Viewfinder & Circle Chipboard Pieces - UmWow Studio which I actually WON by entering a contest DeeDee had! (how exciting is that?!?!)

Background Stamp (I know it's hard to see but it's in all four corner of background paper) - Unity Stamp Co. Graffiti Art

Ink - Tim Holtz Black Soot

Title - Rubons from Making Memories in providence

Brad - My Mind's Eye Lush

Now you know what to do, right?  Leave me some kind of comment to be entered to WIN
{your choice} of two Itty Bitty Stamps from Unity Stamp Co.
