This year at TaeKwonDo camp

my 13-yo son was invited to be a Junior Counslor,

he even got a letter from The Masters.

Today we picked him up from camp

(everything from doing dishes by hand to serving food to

drying tears to holding boards for breaking not to mention

teaching patterns and sparring)

What an AMAZING experience for him!

He talked non-stop for about half the trip home

(takes just over 90 minutes)

then suddenly there was silence

he'd fallen asleep

but last night I had just worked too many hours this week

He does TaeKwon-Do, I Craft

earlier this month, my younger son had a TaeKwon-Do  Instructor Training program in Little Rock, Ar (about a 3 hour drive from home)

so I took him down there and, of course, I HAD to take something to do

stamps, ink, chipboard... 

well, here's a picture of some of it!

yes, so much deliciousness does it in a suitcase,

along with a few more things like paper, Copics,

and my Tim Holtz ink pad collection!

Clothes are overrated

and now, for my creations

and this one, super simple, but I love it

last but not least....

this little one had to get packed away still wet!

yes, I was nervous when I opened my suitcase at home

don't ever lose it!

I completely agree with this sentiment! 

 I find myself at time gazing at wild road-size daisies thinking.... wow, those are so very pretty

and they're what?  weeds!

I also love sunrises, from my bedroom window,

just standing there feeling the wonder of God

She's an older "woman", turning 14 today while he just turned 13 in March
