I have been happily made into a Crop Chocolate Design Team Member.. aka a Chocolatier which has been reduced from 60+ people down to 10 and they picked me :-) Can't tell you how happy I am! My first challenge to become a Chocolatier was to make an All About Me project:
All those thing in my thought bubble, yep... favorites! I excluded family & friends because well, it IS only a 12x12 page. What do I think about:
Gosh so much in there... my pink purse, beer, work, my first ATC about camping & 4wheeling, flowers, comfy jeans, cool wheels and my Jeep - that's it, that's me in a nutshell!
There is also a Video on my "spraying technique" (B.O.R.I.N.G.) but if you wanna watch a really short video by a somewhat Southern girl, knock yourself out! Here's my link at Crop Chocolate's blog.... The Crop! Oh and my CC user name is JeepMama, I know real original but "boring lady that drives a Jeep" was a tad bit lengthy ;-) Enjoy!

Anywhere
Today it was overcast at my house :-( which means my photos look funny, I really & truely did use the right colors but they just don't look it. Here's my creation:
This is the Marvel Cave at Silver Dollar City with my fam. And I had to add black to the color combo to work with my photos this week.
Gypsy font for "Anywhere", Basic Grey ambrosia for printed paper, background grey paper & other lettering
cardstock-poppy parade from Stampin Up; black ink-CTMH: bats-Making Memories Spook Alley

Bit of Thanks
My niece was hurt horribly in the Joplin Tornado, she spent 2 long weeks in the hospital but now, thankfully is doing very well. My brother and I are going to start sending out Thank-Yous for all the wonderful gifts friends & strangers alike sent to her. Here's a bit of what I made for them:
This one I made using Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks on glossy paper for the background. Then used Lumalights paint with TH's Papillon stamp set and an old wood-mounted Thank-You with Staz-On
************************************************
Next came a card I made for a Crop Chocolate (see Shopping on my sidebar) challenge that was Monochrome. My background paper is from For The Record by Echo Park, the ribbon is Making Memories 5th Avenue, stamp sets are from Basic Grey using Close To My Heart Outdoor Denim Ink Pad, brad is from Making Memories.
******************************************************
and these guys were made for a Unity Stamp challenge to make a one-layer card. The white bird is actually the cardstock card. I made the white one first then decided I should do a "reverse" so I could use the funky little fusy cut bird because he was just too cute to put in the trash can! Bird & music stamps are from Unity, white embossing powder from Stampin Up; Smooch Spritz, Staz-on in Black & Twine from The Twinery.

for the very last card, you'll have to wait for the PPC post to come, but I'll give you a sneaky peaky:

Tea Time?
Megs threw in a different challenge this week other than a color comb, it's a Photo Inspiration Challenge! Here's my creation:
I created the flowers across the top using my new Sew Easy and the thread that came with it. Not sure I did it 100% right but it looks ok to me... I definitely need more practice at it!
The image is from the Cricut Heritage Cartridge, lace is from Spare Parts, cardstock Stamping Up, ink from CTMH, printed paper from Basic Grey

A Splendid Color Combo
It's all coming up Roses! Here's this week's Creation:
I stamped on the green cardstock with black StazOn ink, then on the other cardstock I stamped again, next I fussy cut the roses out and put foam tape on the back so they are 3D.
Next I stamped the saying onto some light green ribbon using StazOn ink.
