Vintage ATC

This week at Our Creative Corner we'd like to see your Shabby Chic side... that is use Distressing, Lace, Crochet, Ribbons, Layers, Buttons, Pearls, Glitter.. ya know, stuff

Background Printed Paper - My Mind's Eye Lost & Found.  I just hate the flaky glitter so I globbed on a bunch of Liquid Glass from Close To My Heart to seal it in

For my ATC, I  used a Vintage Print that I colored with Copic Markers, then added Stickles in Waterfall to the Sky then added some Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam in Waterfall (yes same name for both products, weird...)

Ribbon & Laces are from Making Memories and I used my SEWING MACHINE to sew them to the card

The large button with scalloped edges was a recycle thing and the fibers holding it on are from Bazzill In Stitchz Green-Purple Floss

Brad is from Spare Parts

I hope you've enjoyed my ATC (Artist Trading Card)

  1. Paula, what alot of detail and wonderful little surprises! I've only made ATCs twice in my life. I loved the process, but I really struggled with the size. But your work, makes me want to try it again! YOu really have created a beautiful paper craft and I know our followers will be inspired by what you create!
have a great week. hugs, sharon w.

  3. Hello Paula,
I love the flamboyance that you have created on this ATC.
The vintage image, to the over the top lace, and your embellishments, it looks spectacular.
Definitely vintage in appeal with that touch of shabbiness, I love it.
    Smiles :-)

  4. I thought that image was pre-colored...LOL...AWESOME job with your copics Paula...she's HAWT!! ;) Well, hot in a vintage sort of very refined and dignified manner, of course. I can't believe you attached ALL of this on an ATC. I have never done an ATC but I know they are small and yet WOW, each shabby chic element really takes center stage and holds its own on here. You've assembled an array of truly inspiring pieces for this challenge and if I were a teacher, I'd give you and A+. :)
Hope you have a super week.
    Hugs,
    Lisa xx
