Happy Halloween

ok this is one of my favorite pages EVER to have made!  I can't help myself, my boys were just too into Halloween last year.  So much death and slashing and blood!
Aren't they awesome & let me tell you... bad over acting to the max! hilarious

Pickin Pumpkins
yes the knife stayed in the forehead of the one pumpkin all thru Halloween.
Good thing we don't really have neighbors to worry about

Both of these are personal card favorites.  On the left I used Tim Holtz inking technique and some double stamping for shadowing effects.

on the right, Hand Stitching... which is great for me because it looks good when messy :-) yay

on the right the apples are from Dustin Pike & are digis.  A lot of his are colored some you get a choice on, these actually were not colored & I played with some old ink pens... so much fun

Digis are fun!  These are from my friend, Spyder over at Spyder's Corner.  She has a weekly freebie on Wednesdays!

Sketch challenges are so much fun & apparently I really really like bats, I just now realized how many times I used bats this year.

These were both for sketches, I really like how they both turned out.

These are bookmark corners, I made enough for my son's entire 5th grade class!  They are so much fun and I hope the kids like them just a little bit

The Breakfast Club

That's right, you remember that movie... this week's challenge over on Culture Shock is to make something ANYTHING based on the movie. Here's my creation:

my card is based on the Movie poster, I embossed each strip for the characters and what reminds me of them along with their color.

Unity Addiction bit me in the ...

Craft room!

yep, today I received my awesome order from Friday only to realize I was out of space in my CD holder storage!  ACK!  Time to re-organize to open up one of my spare CD holders that was chuck full of twine from The Twinery (yes I do have spools of ALL the colors).

I stood, I scratched my head, I said "hummmmm, what to do..." then that light bulb went off *ding*

The answer: move the twine to the curtain rods above the bag containing that color! YES!

and the stamps?  Well, the faired just as good with room to grow!

oh yeaaaa, I likey!

Next item that will need more room to grow:
Tim Holtz Ink, spray, etc
